01. User Agreement
By accessing Swift TopUp Gh, you agree to comply with our service standards. We reserve the right to modify these terms to improve service delivery at any time.
02. Payment Policy
All manual deposits must include your correct Username as reference. We are not liable for delayed credits or losses due to missing or incorrect payment references.
03. Order Irreversibility
Once airtime or data is successfully dispatched to a recipient number, the action is Irreversible. Please double-check numbers before confirming purchases.
04. Refund Policy
Wallet refunds are only eligible for Failed Transactions where the provider API did not deliver the service. System maintenance downtime may delay refunds by up to 24 hours.
05. Security & Anti-Fraud
Engaging in fraudulent activities, providing fake Transaction IDs, or attempting to bypass our API will result in an Immediate Permanent Ban and forfeiture of remaining wallet balance.
